These terms govern your purchase and use of Angad Trade Terminal — Public Edition (the “software”) and of this website, operated by AngadTradeTerminal, a sole proprietorship of Satvinder Singh (GSTIN 23EAMPS8116M3Z1). By buying the software or using this website you accept these terms.
1. What you are buying
The software is a Windows desktop application for market analysis. It is licensed to you — not sold. One purchase gives you a lifetime licence for one computer, issued against the machine code that the software shows on its first run.
- Price: ₹9,999, one-time, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- From the second year an optional annual maintenance fee of ₹200 applies.
- Updates to the Public Edition are free for the life of the licence.
2. Licence and restrictions
- The licence is personal and non-transferable, and works only on the machine it was issued for.
- You may not copy, resell, rent, sub-licence, decompile or reverse-engineer the software.
- Sharing your licence key or attempting to bypass licensing terminates the licence without refund.
- Changed your computer or hardware? Write to us — we re-issue the licence for a genuine machine change.
3. Your broker account and your data
The software runs entirely on your own computer and connects to your own broker account with your own credentials. We do not hold your funds, we do not place trades on your behalf, and your trading data is not stored on our servers.
4. No investment advice
Important. The software is an analysis tool. Nothing in the software, on this website or in the free learning course is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not a SEBI registered investment adviser or research analyst. Trading in stocks, futures and options carries a high risk of loss and every decision you take is your own. Past performance and back-tested results do not guarantee future results.
5. Availability and third parties
Live market data, charts and order execution depend on your broker's API and your own internet connection. Outages, delays or errors originating from the broker, the exchange or your connection are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid for the licence. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.
7. Free learning course
The Market Learning Course on this website is free educational content. It may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time, and it is for education only.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
